c'mon... *everyone* loves to walk by the banks of the mesosphere and dangle their feet in it on a hot day!
hmm. seem to have caught myself out on this one... if it's the mesosphere, then the 'trail' has to be a super-high nocticulent cloud! the wisp was actually only a cirrus at the time - i guess even a cloud's gotta dream!
And why shouldn't they? When you're a cloud, the sky's the limit!
